Please visit http://www.zoiper.com to download and install the Community Zoiper desktop app.
1) Once Zoiper has been installed, launch the client and from the "Settings" menu select "Create a new account" as below:
2) The following screen should display, make sure "SIP" is selected and click "Next".
3) The screen below should be showing, this is where you enter your callwise account details, in the example below I am registering as user "2002@internalpbx.callwise.net".
Change the username, password and domain to match the details of your Callwise account and press next.
4) On the next page ensure to tick the "Skip auto-detection" checkbox as below and click next.
5) You will get confirmation that you've created the account correctly as below, click on "Close".
6) You should now see the Zoiper client, in order to make a call click the "Dialpad" tab (highlighted in blue as below).
7) You can now enter the number you wish to dial using the keypad and to make a call click the green "Call" button as below:
