Please visit http://www.zoiper.com to download and install the Community Zoiper desktop app.
1) Once Zoiper has been installed, launch the client and select "Continue as a Free user" as below:
2) The following screen should display, please enter your Callwise account details and click "Login", in the example below I am registering as user "2002@internalpbx.callwise.net". You can find the username and password on the Callwise portal.
3) The following screen should default to your Callwise domain, so click next:
4) On the next page you can skip Authentication and Outbound proxy:
5) Zoiper should automatically detect TCP or UDP configurations, if TCP is available then make sure it is selected (if it isn't email support@callwise.net and we will enable it on your account) and click Next
6) The Zoiper client will login in your account, you will see that it has setup successfully by the presence of a green tick in the upper right after a minute or two.
7) You can now enter the number you wish to dial using the keypad and to make a call click the green "Dial" button as below:
